Looking for a specific seller

Hi everyone! I’m a satisfied customer of a seller here on fiverr, but noticed that her profie and gigs vanished. Anyone know a reason why ? Is there a way to contact them ? I’ve asked customer service but haven’t gotten a reply yet.

She was a tarot reader, a top rated one actually. I noticed some sellers just put their status as “out of office”, but it totally shocked me that she vanished

If she put “out of office” mode, her profile would be still visible. Probably just wait til you get your answer from the support. Nothing much we can do here.

Maybe she was overworked. She always had like 11 gigs waiting, and it was hard to get to her

Also, when i open the inbox, fiverr says that the seller is on longer available, but if i look up i can see that she was online like 2 hrs ago
