2 months ago I replied to a buyer review and received a warning from Fiverr before that this gig on the first page after receiving warning it is not even in the top 20 pages after 2 months have passed please help me what to do?

Not much you can do, but read TOS at the bottom of the Fiverr main page and follow all of the rules. Then wait to see if your placement improves.
