I got an order which is impossible to do this job. First he just said I need to add Ajax and catalag menu which is shown for special customers. But when I want to add app to site, he is just refusing it. If I open cancellation, does it affect to my sales?

He just refusing my offers, I just have to set up ajax add to card and restriction for customers. But after I got order and get his account, I see I have to be change all of the template for getting these things.
