I delivered 12 Hours late. but my client is happy with my work he requested me small revision. My question about On-Time Delivery rate which is now 100% , is there any chance i can maintain 100% and if I request to my client to extend the delivery time it will not effect my delivery rate?

If your order is delivered late – which you state it was, then you will not have a 100% on-time delivery rate. You did not deliver 100% of your orders on-time in the last 60 days. My guess is that the rating has not updated yet, and will change when today’s metrics update.

You will not have a 100% rating until 60 days from now – assuming that you deliver all of your other orders on time during the next 60 days.
