Incomplete buyer order requirement

one buyer orders me but he doesn’t adjust the order requirement finally, last 2-month buyer also offline and order also incomplete how can I do for this order?

You can’t do the work if you don’t have the information. If they’re not responding, you can send a reminder through the order page, or make a ticket and politely ask CS to cancel the order without affecting your stats.

If you mean leaving it as-is, then I don’t think I’ve ever heard/read of a problem. Other than the order coming in at an awkward time, such as in the middle of a vacation.
