Bank Transfer option is disabled

Both the PayPal option and bank transfer option are disabled(greyed out). How to enable them?

Have you read how fiverr works? After delivering and order and it being marked as complete. It will take 14 days for you to be able to withdraw the funds… Before this time the buttons will not be accessible

@franklegacy My orders have been marked as completed and my funds have been transferred after 14 days, but my bank transfer option is still disabled. Can you guide about that?

Maybe you funds haven’t cleared yet. Check on your earnings section and see the date when the funds will clear, the date might indicate today but you have to put into account the time the order was marked as complete

My funds has been transferred but the issue is same.
