What to do if client directly orders something that I cannot do?

We are a team of print designers, serving local clients for the last 4 years. After moving to Fiverr, a question came to our mind.

What we should do if a client directly orders a gig without discussion, but the work is something that we cannot do? This means, the work is related to what we do, but not exactly something that we are offering.

Will this increase our cancellation rate?

Don’t offer gigs you can’t do. Be very specific about what’s included in gigs you do offer.

Other than that, you should cancel orders you can’t do. Yes, it will affect your completion rates stat.
