All stats are 100% but still NO PROMOTION TO LEVEL 1

Hi, My all the stats are above 99% but I don’t know why but Still I have not promoted to level 1. Why? Can you guys help me

I am level 2 guys from last 4 months. i was too worried. but keep in mind that it will be done around 11 AM GMT so its almost 4 hours left from now. so wait 4 hours
