Hi …I am Asma khan. Started my journey on Fiverr since june-20. A buyer has given order without discussing anything. Amount is only 5$ and project is not just a simple task. I already have 86% order completion rate. What should I do now ? Please guide. Regards!

Well, if it’s more than the scope of work which you agreed to do for $5, you can message the buyer and tell him it isn’t possible. If he doesn’t reply, maybe try CS and try to explain the situation to them!

What do you mean by CS? I don’t understand this term

CS means customer support.

If the scope is not covered in your 5$ you can send him an an extra offer for x$ that you think will be appropriate to cover it

How lucky you are!
If the budget is low you can knock and discuss with the buyer yourself. Or you can talk in support.

A buyer has given order without discussing anything.

That is how Fiverr works. Buyers are not required to discuss orders with you before ordering. The buyer only need to read the description of what service you provide and then they can order.

Explain your opinion to buyer. Professionally tell them to increase price which you need.
Also increase gig price.
