When your buyer completes your order, I believe they can add the picture you made for them to your Fiverr portfolio, which then appears under your gig image.

that will happen only if buyer will make his/her order visible right

Depends. If you clearly states in your gig’s description or under order requirement that you have right to use it for your promotional purposes, you may use it to promote yourself. But if your buyer specifically request to keep their confidentiality, it’s better to respect the buyer’s request.

On the Fiverr platform, buyers are granted all rights for the delivered work, unless otherwise specified by the seller on their Gig page.

Note: Some Gigs charge additional payments (through Gig Extras) for commercial use.

This means that if you purchase the Gig for personal use, you will own all rights to the delivered work without purchasing the Extra. If you intend to use it for business purposes, you will need to buy the Extra. Fiverr retains the right to use all published delivered works for Fiverr marketing and promotion purposes. If you have more questions, visit our complete Terms of Service.

Outside of the Fiverr platform, copyright ownership is owned by one of the following:

  • Author/Creator
  • Author/Creator’s heirs
  • Creators of a joint work automatically share copyright ownership unless there is a contrary agreement.
  • Anyone to whom the author/creator has given or assigned his/her copyright. This means the author/creator has given up his/her copyright in the work. An example is works made for hire - someone pays a creator for original work including copyrights.
