Buyer requests Order Dispute even after claiming she's satisfied

Hello. I would be glad if anyone can help. So here is this buyer whom I’ve been working with for the past two days on a logo. After the final modification which she gladly commented on, she then requests for an Order Dispute claiming she already paid or so. Attached is a screenshot of her complaint.
What do you think I should do and I’m scared of not getting paid after all my efforts these few days.

You should be more worried about getting your account banned, since your buyer is claiming you have, at least, two accounts.

From the screenshot:

… It’s confusing when a talent has multiple profiles.

The context isn’t much clear I think, talent has multiple profiles can mean different things, I am not sure but it is sure that this can get him into trouble

@designpro1995 Try communicating with the buyer and making her understand how the buying process on fiverr works

I don’t have multiple account. I’m just a new user on my second order.

Maybe its username that confused her or she placed order with another seller at same time

If you really only have one account, then refuse to cancel and get in touch with CS. Let them know what’s going on with this buyer and her order, making it crystal clear that you only have one account and you provided per your buyer’s requirements and to her satisfaction.

You need to do so, because besides your buyer claiming you might have several accounts, she also stated that the order was duplicated, which led her to think of multiple profiles.

You are being scammed. This buyer is insinuating that you have multiple accounts, as they know this is a trigger word that will get Fiverr to cancel their order anyway even if you don’t agree to.

There is nothing you can do here but cancel. If you don’t, you risk getting a bad review AS WELL AS the order later being refunded by CS.

It sucks, but this is just how things are,

Okay. Thanks a lot. CS is the fiverr support right? And can I do that by submitting a request on the Help & Support page?

Disagree. Get in touch with CS yesterday, and explain everything. Saying there’s nothing you can do makes no sense, if that were the case every single buyer could get everything done for free just by turning to any seller and saying they have multiple accounts. It doesn’t work like that.
