Order completion rate decrease after completing 2 orders in one month

HI, My order completion rate was 83% now i have completed 2 orders on time in one month, still it’s on the 83%
when ever i completed an order it increased to 86% but after some days again it decreases on 83%. please help

So, as time passes, your old orders will become older than 60 days, and hence they will no longer be included in your Order Completion Rate. Thus, you might experience that your Order Completion Rate will decrease over time.

I cancelled an order on 31 may and then completed 4 orders on time till now. still it’s not increasing why?

Well, try calculating your Order Completion Rate for the last 60 days yourself. I am sure it adds up.
