Does anyone sell social traffic?

OK So I spend about 40$ (5+5+5+5+10+5+5) buying all that SOCIAL stuffs on fiverr…



I never got any traffic 😦



Some gigs was something like “fragglesrock” and he did that and nothing… I did not got any traffic… So my question is - IS there any Social Gigs that bring traffic to buyers… I don’t want to spend my money anymore on craps 🙂
