Refund even though I completed the service

Hi everyone,
I have a question for anyone who can help me, so around 3 weeks I completed an order for a customer and thought nothing of it, he was happy with my service and gave me 5 stars, however this morning I got a notification stating that he had received a refund due to not receiving a the service 3 weeks ago, so in turn he received the service and I did not receive any money. Is there anything that can be done about this?

what do you deliver to him? do you miss up anything, just any one thing , the buyer will use that for the excuse of cancellation

Not sure if this helps, but the email says that the reason was due to missing the due date on the 26th of June

So I guess your order says “cancelled by buyer”?

If so then it’s a chargeback and you need to contact fiverr support

That may be chargeback…It happens to me and I am already in touch with CS regarding that…
CS may grab that back or compensate you for that order…share them all screenshots and evidence that you delivered as your gig or order description and buyer was happy with final delivery.
