#8) Don’t trust the flags. Whenever you see the nationality flag, that seems to be more of a suggestion than a rule. I’ve chatted with sellers with US and Canadian flags, masked as sellers in Pakistan and India.



Yes, some Indian guys are in USA or GB and the flag is not their nationality. This is not so fair. I am proud with my country - Bulgaria and for me it is not good to hide your origin.

I am a seller, and I agree with everything except that I deliver what I promise, if not more. And even if I think from the POV of a buyer, I would rather not order from people who write exaggerated stuff.

As I’m a new seller here, when someone orders my gig my heart goes BOOM BOOM ! BOOM BOOM !



I always do a rough work first even before asking the customer to order.

If the customer is satisfied with the rough work, I’ll ask him to order and this method works out fine and most of them likes it 🙂



They are actually able to see what they are getting even before paying.

If they need modification i can do it also, I do multiple revisions even before ordering - through this rough work method.



Deliver the final work when they approve the rough work.



I found this method effective and gets 100% customer satisfaction, no money wastage and less negative reviews.

I don’t know if I should say this, but your point in which you talked about not trusting the flags is quite offending.Maybe you didn’t have a good experience with Indian and Pakistani sellers, but not all of us have sold our souls to devil.We work hard to satisfy our buyer requirements as well.

I think all Fiverr buyers should now stop and read at least once your post!



*1)It depends on the seller and by what you understand by miracles:). I know someone that puts more passion in a 5$ project than you could buy with 50$, so the cash isn’t much but it’s enough if you find the right seller (usualy new sellers that are starting to build excelent reputation)



*2)It is indeed anoying to get all of the questions after ordering the basic gig. Perfect would be to ask the questions before ordering the gig to make it clear weather it is possible or what should be ordered as extra etc.



*5)I always like it when I receive detailed information about what the buyer needs.



*6)This depends on the seller too. Some buyers have more important things to do than leaving feedback so my advice for the new sellers is : ask the buyer to submit the review or try to convince him by offering future discounts^.^
