Request for adding a More effective feature

I want this feature. Who is agree with this feature please vote.

If a buyer is going to place an order, he or she must first find the Terms and Conditions page for the service for which he or she is going to place an order. The order should be issued after agreeing to the terms and conditions, otherwise, he could not give the order.
This will have the advantage that the decision will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the seller. If the service provider violates its terms and conditions, the decision will be in favour of the buyer.
This will not be unfair to anyone. The seller will create the terms and conditions himself. Whether this option is met during service creation.

Who is the ‘survivor’ in this case?

Your Terms and Conditions should be specified on your gig page, and buyers are already able to read those. Some of them choose not to, however, but they still agree to them all the same when they place an order.

We do not need a separate feature for this. It will not make buyers more likely to read your Terms and Conditions. The same buyers will still skip them.

Yes, and everyone whether they are buyers or sellers agree to the ToS after signing up so there won’t be any meaning of repetition

Actually every user whether he is a buyer or a seller has to agree upon the Tos at the time of making an account on Fiverr. The best thing you can do in case you want some additional terms to be added is to write them down in your gig description or in the order requirements section

But It’s not helpful because sometimes buyer placed the order by mistake and doesn’t read the description, and you can’t cancel the order because it will wrong impact on seller profile. then Fiverr takes the decision in favour of the buyer. Fiverr doesn’t reset cancellation count. in this case, the buyer gives the wrong feedback privately. Now tell me what is the mistake of the seller?

Correct. We can request the Fiverr help center to look in to this matter.

I think that’s not a great idea.
When buyer is redirected to TOS Page I think buyer will not read whole.
What if you were a buyer would you read all the TOS carefully.
It’s not a great deal If buyer says something irreverent or asks for something that is against TOS then seller should guide him/her or simply report him/her.
Buyer would say I am here only to order and I have to read all these.

There is another way, that only those points should appear those are necessary for buyers only. Just 2 - 3 points.

The more times buyers have to click before being allowed to buy, the less likely they are to buy.

Actually, There are many scammer so how we can protect Fiverr account from the scammer if you are do not agree with this feature?

I know, But the option should be available.

Fiverr isn’t going to introduce an option that’s going to reduce sales.

And besides, buyers already have to check that little box on the order page stating that the information they’ve submitted is accurate and complete, and that any change in it may result in additional charges.

How many things should buyers confirm before they’re allowed to buy? And what’s the point in introducing a feature that would makes buyers not buy from you? How’s that going to help you?

There are many scammers and competitors that try to down the profile rating. That is threat to The top rated seller.

Fiverr’s TOS and Seller’s TOS, there is difference.

Fiverr Terms of condition relevant with Fiverr’s principles

Seller Terms of condition relevant with Description of the Gig.

If description have this line that illegal sites not acceptable. Then buyer still place order then what you will do? In this case seller can’t cancel the order due to profile rating.

Fiverr’s Terms of Service don’t allow it, either. You don’t need special terms relevant to the gig for that.

What I agree with is irrelevant in this case, Fiverr will never introduce a feature that would reduce their income.

And how would your feature work, anyway? Buyer clicks that they’re accepting your terms, and still submit illegal sites? Then what?

then Fiverr will take a decision in favour of the seller. Fiverr will not down the seller profile rating and won’t cancel the order. order will be completed in this case without any warning or work.

because the buyer did the violation of the TOS.

sometimes buyer placed the order by mistake

I actually faced the same problem . As a solution, I wrote “Contact before Ordering” on my Pricing page so whenever any buyer visits my gig, he knows that he needs to contact me first

Just make sure to visit the Help and support for reviewing of your gig (once you make any change in it) so it appears back in your search tags. This would take upto 10 days max. due to Covid 19 situations

I’ve pointed out what’s wrong with your idea and why Fiverr isn’t going to implement it. It doesn’t mean I owe it to you to come up with another idea.

Orders can’t be completed without work. If there’s no work, there’s no order, either.

then Fiverr will take a decision in favour of the seller

It’s already possible to ask Customer Support to cancel the order without affecting your stats if the buyer ordered something they shouldn’t have.
