Please suggest some solution and some suggestions

I received an order from one of my client, I have to write some articles about an app. It’s a new app, but when I installed it in my phone it doesn’t opens. I tried from three different smartphones but I face the same issue. Now what I should do if the client didn’t accept that there is some issue in that app. Also, I can’t write about it without having any idea what the app is about! Please suggest something so that I can be safe from poor review as well as order incomplete tag.

You are going to have to work this issue out with the buyer. We do not have the power to intervene in an issue between you and your buyer. Explain the issue to the buyer, and see what you can work out. If you are unable to complete the order, it may be best just to cancel it.
