Fiver Support Not Reply

Why Fiver support does not reply to my message last 13 days I waiting for my reply but I can’t get any reply.

So what can I do now it’s urgent but they Did not reply first so how can we survive marketplace ??

Yep, nowadays CS is taking ages to respond to us. Average will be 10 days haha

Fiverr Customer Support is extremely busy right now. They are likely understaffed (during this pandemic). What kind of urgent thing do you feel needs to be addressed? Perhaps it may not be as urgent an issue to CS, and they will provide an answer when they have one available.

I want to remove my Payoneer account. But they did not reply to me for more than 13 days. Is it not important? I can’t withdraw my Dollar.

Fiverr CS can’t really help you with that. This thread has all the information we have on the Payoneer thing:

06/30/2020 UPDATE: I am now able to use my Payoneer debit card, so it appears that as of 2:30 pm (GMT+2) my funds are unfrozen. Looking for confirmation from others as well. CONFIRMED: Only users with balance linked to their Payoneer debit cards had their funds frozen. Withdraw to bank seems to work. Users with NO physical card can use their funds as usual. We understand your urgency, but the thing is this all is not of any use as the helping hands are already overburdened, By the way you may try that once again, and please use the words to show your urgency, because as everyone is saying, they are really busy with urgent issues!
