Again, Fiverr dont care about seller

A top-rated seller, purchase a $40 gig, and further added gig extra ( $20 +$30) for more work.

After working with him for 5 days, and cross-checking many times. Check and redo, check and redo.
On the last day, he asks me to cancel the order. Even provide him with extra 8 free revision (gig stated only 4 revision

Reasons: Too many problems to discuss, Bad vibes and poor work, Not what I ordered.

Because it’s a big order ( $90) , had checked with him many times, 5 days later, canceled…

Countless hours wasted…, $90 gone…, order completion… BANG

Thanks for reading, rant over… hope that buyer, dont read this post haha

So you basically cancelled it again yourself?

Buyer dispute the orders, had decline it 2 times, but buyer keep disputing it

haha yes, totally agree, I dont think myself as professional at all, that why I cant even hold a buyer.

Had done 10+ 5*review, this is the first times, encountered it

That doesn’t mean that you have to accept it.

@misscrystal shared with us that once she had a buyer who was requesting cancellations for 3 weeks (am I right?) and gave up at the end

But the buyer dispute the order before I deliver the work (smart move , maybe) , that’s mean he didn’t receive any work from me, technically , so there is a higher chance that Fiverr will stand on the buyer side.

Do you think I need to deliver the work, we are still waiting for the Fiverr to solve the issue. Buyer had open an ticket on me.

If I’m correct it was you already with a similar situation where you delivered your work in messages and we advised you to deliver the work properly but you said that it’s more comfortable for you to work in your format. Am I correct? Or am I confusing you with other person?

no me, It’s my first time encountered this.

Had read many of the similar cases in forum, most of them are bad result,Fiverr stand on buyer side

Then that’s a lesson for the future 😉

Always deliver your work properly with a deliver button, not through messages.

Now you are putting yourself in an uncomfortable situation where fiverr might not be able to protect you. But you still can stand your ground

Exactly, I didn’t send him any of my source file, only progress check, screenshot what I had done so far and for him to read through and point of some error .
