Got a cancellation after 6 months of being delivered

Hi there, so I just got my first cancellation ever after being on Fiverr since 2015. Dunno the reason, and the order was automatically completed like 6 months ago. What should I do?

This happens sometimes when the buyer does a PayPal or credit card chargeback. If your buyer is no longer on Fiverr they probably lost their account because of their action.

I have heard if you contact CS at Support@fiverr.com you could get a partial refund.

But remember, CS is overburdened right now and may not get back to you quickly.
