Hi! I haven’t received any orders for about a month. There were periods when I also received two orders a day, since June I no longer receive any orders. Have you also had the same problem? I have about ten reviews with 5 stars and I always respond to requests in a few seconds, I can’t understand the reason for this drop. Thanks to those who will help me and will give me advice!

AS i see you have no level , That’s why some times you have no order . it’s simple matter when you newbie . don’t worrry , try to active . you will again get order .

I have processed 15 total orders, how many orders are needed to receive a level?

You should try to change your tags, take a screenshot of the current tags so that you can restore them if the new ones didn’t work.

For example, these are the gig tags for translations. Do you have any advice on which tags could be better?849268913_Schermata2020-07-10alle10_31_33.png.92231072fb9f0f4b75684f8329ffd625.png

Easy thing. Do it yourself, Follow this :

Switch to Buying -> Search for the keywords your client will search - > now check the tags of top three sellers.

NOTE : Changing tags frequently may affect downfall too, its completly on you to do it or not. For me that worked.

Just a thought, you are offering four languages, and if you also offer vice versa and from/into between any of them, that’s quite a few translation pairs. It’s kind of “industry standard” that translation is done from the translator’s second language (e.g., English) into their first language (e.g., Italian), not even vice versa, unless certain conditions or scenarios apply.

As a buyer, I wouldn’t pick a seller who offers multiple languages, unless under specific circumstances, but one who only offers translation from their second best into their best language, and I think that many or most buyers who know what they are doing, would do the same.

Of course, that’s your choice, and if you think you speak all those languages from your tags equally well and well enough to translate them for money, by all means offer them all, but focusing on just two of them might be worth a try, then you’d also have some tags left for more specific terms.
