My Fiverr account is DEAD! Any help?

A few months ago a buyer gave an order and I delivered it on time. After work, he gave a 3star review and also said (a starting point). After that long time no order. All the gigs are also rank down. Now I need to advise or any suggestion. Now, what can I do for my account? How do I improve it?

Did you leave that bad rate just like that?

Hi guys, please I need help.

I've been working on Fiverr since last year and my account was doing really great until around October when I noticed a massive drop in my impression and clicks. I complained to Fiverr customer support and it was made known to me that nothing was wrong with my account.

My account continued receiving less exposure every day and up till now, it's still the same. No improvement. It's been over 6 months and I didn't get contacted by new buyers. It's been my main source of income and it's quite overwhelming and heartbreaking to see the account I put a lot of work into turn out like this.

I've tried everything possible to improve the account, but all effort proved futile.

Please has someone encountered this same issue?

If any, please I need suggestions on how it was rectified.

Also I'll be very glad if I can get tips or suggestions from anyone about what I can do. Thanks!
