Does EARLY Delivery effect ranking?

I am curious: does delivering early affects ranking. I am aware that late does. I had business really slow down, and I do not know if it is partially because I became slower to deliver. Not late, just slower. It is almost impossible to guess what is going on, since I can’t read my analytics…so I am trying everything to get sales back up.
