Yesterday Fiverr permanently disabled my fiverr account but today morning they notify me about my order deadline. Is there any chance to get back my account for this notification

Why would you want to? You can’t deliver it because you’re permanently disabled.

And what would be the point in Fiverr permanently disabling you if they would let you come back into your account?

Please correct me if I am wrong but aren’t buyers automatically refunded anyways when the seller gets banned?

No. As much as i know, fiverr allows you to submit the on going orders. You are not allowed to take anymore orders.
