Fiverr website shortcoming

When a gig is complete, Fiverr takes the buyer to a page where any messages from the seller and any files associated with the gig are located. It is also on this page that a link exists allowing the buyer to rank the gig.



Often, the seller may include comments in this closing page.



Once the buyer has rated the gig, I can find no way to respond to those comments. Fiverr needs to provide a way for buyers to respond even after the gig is rated and marked close.
