Payoneer card addition failed

I tried to add payoneer card but it looks ‘something error’. Before this I request for fiverr revenue card which is still pending for approval mode.
So, does it look failed for requesting fiverr revenue card?
I think I also had faced this situation before requesting fiverr revenue card.
So, what is the actual suggestion?

There is a Facebook group for victims (I’m quoting) of the entire fiasco and it’s been thrown around in the comments like it’s a done deal. There are also a few people who are treated as Payoneer employees answering questions in the comments and they don’t shoot those statements down. Also, Payoneer is suspiciously chipper on twitter today. All hearts and smiley faces after every comment reply they post. I’m not sure how to take this.
