Customers Cant Place Orders

Hi Guys, I’m new to Fiverr, I have my first gig and my customers cant place an order. the payment screen won’t load. They have messaged me and are keen to buy from me but can’t. I don’t know what to do. can anyone point me in the right direction?

My gig is approved and active and had 3 customers reach out but no orders can be placed.

It’s possible it’s a bug. It’s also possible they’re a scammer and are trying to get free work from you.

Have them contact CS and see if they can figure out the problem. If the buyer really is that keen on buying from you, he can wait until it’s fixed.
