Live portfolio not showing

My live portfolio option not working right,I have completed several orders on Fiverr,But not a single work featured on on portfolio, Then a buyer said they can not see my “add to portfolio” option when reviewing.
What can i do for it?

Hey i am facing an issue of same stream. My buyers say that they have enabled the “add to portfolio option. But my live portfolio button is greyed out. I dont know what to do about it 😦
