Power To Sellers

I think that fiverr should provide some rights to remove the negative feedback to sellers if they are honest and sellers do not have any faults.The Customer Support should investigate the problem from both sides and then come to conclusion to delete feedback or not,it should do this consent stuff.I mean if buyer is not loyal why will he want to remove his bad comments?
