My gig was denied today

Hi I’m a graphic design seller on Fiverr I posted a gig on business card and stationery today but my gig has been removed the message I got from them was that the service is not allowed on Fiverr’s community but when I checked the subcategory it was there. So please I want to know what this really means or don’t they allow such gigs?
