Buyers write by inbox

😀 Hi, I’m new to Fiverr! and I have this situation:

What can I do or say to those buyers who write to me by inbox to request the service I have published.

Is this a normal practice? How should I do it? :roll_eyes:

If a buyer messages you in your Inbox, respond to them. It’s perfectly normal for people to contact you before placing an order sometimes. Don’t do any work for them unless they do place an order, however.

you reply to them, negotiate and create a custom offer for them, this mostly happens when the buyer got an order with slight difference with your gig, 90% of my orders come from custom offers and i think is normal

It is quite normal that a buyer will contact you before placing the order. Please answer their queries in polite manner. Hopefully they will turn out to be a regular buyer of your service.
