I need to change the bank code because I wrote it wrong when registering Payoneer through Fiverr

I have not received verification from the bank (maybe because of a wrong bank code) Unfortunately, I accidentally made a withdrawal from Fiverr, and my balance in Fiverr and Payoneer were both zero, there were only transactions pending in Payoneer.

is it really possible for a bank to make withdrawals even though there is no verification from the bank?

How can I resolve this, is it possible to return the balance in my fiverr account?
