Hi everyone,

I would like to know if its safe to promote Fiverr CPA links using paid ADS such as Facebook, Instagram, Google..., I have read on Fiverr terms that it's not allowed to promote it directly however I would like to know if I create a portfolio as an example and add a button in it that says Hire me on Fiverr and add my affiliate link in that button and of course I will use paid ads to deliver traffic directly to that portfolio website, so what do you think will this be safe?

Don't try to manipulate the system. Ethics.

I'm not sure if I understand the question. I've only used Fiverr affiliates once, and because I was forced to. I wanted to bring a buyer from outside to Fiverr, and not pay commission (bring your own buyer program). I did it, they created the account, and then I got the 20% back from an account I had to create under Fiverr affiliates.

So, if the question is can you use your affiliate links to send people to your gigs, they create a new account, buy your gig, you get the 80% from the gig, and then 20% back under affiliates, the answer is yes.

This is not "gaming the system". It's how it's supposed to work. If you bring your own buyers from outside the platform, you don't need to pay the commission. Now, what would make sense is that you keep 100% of the order value, immediately. That would be much better. But from some reason Fiverr insists on taking the 20% commission, only to give it back to you through affiliates. It's weird.
