I want to deliver vector tracing file but I have problem

Hi! My client place the order and send me instructions. After he didn’t communicate about anything not even replying to me. Can I deliver his order with RAR files or Individual Files?
NOTE: Order was about Vector tracing

If you need to group files into an archive rar it makes sense. The main thing is to have files in the format you agreed on, raster or vector files.
