Fiverr enables comments after orders are complete

Hi all,

I noticed lately comments on orders pages are still possible even if the order is completed, I am getting some requests from clients to change/add things to the order and that is okay for me since I guarantee satisfaction, but some clients think it’s an open contract 🙂 not a 5$ order,



why doesn’t Fiverr leave adding extras to the order at the top of the order page there, so clients can comment or add extras even after order is completed !!!???

It’s only been recent for me as well.



Not sure exactly when but within last week or so.



I don’t think that is cool though because as asibi said some buyers will try to go on forever with the orders.



Just another way to leave us sellers open to additional liability for NO good reason!

I noticed that to…I also guarantee satisfaction but the order auto-completed and several days later the seller said she did not like my blog article, asked for clarification and again still waiting! hope she doesn’t request refund! its been a while and she is still not responding! She said I have bad grammar! I reviewed the article and NOT TRUE I am a grammar fiend. blech!

Yes I noticed this as well. Super handy feature that I’ve actually wanted for a while.

I agree, once an order is marked complete the buyer should not be able to ask for revisions again and again or leave nasty comments just to get back at you. How are you to run a proper business when the buyer is able to do that? I don’t think its a positive motivation for sellers and I really think Fiverr should look into correcting this for the future.
