Cancellation without notice

Hi Fiverr gang,

I just had an order cancelled without notice.

The client didn’t ask for any revisions, nor did he ask for a refund.

The order was just cancelled a few days after it was marked as complete.

And now the client can’t be contacted via Fiverr.

Luckily it didn’t affect my cancellation rate.

How does this happen?

Has anyone had a similar experience before?

If the order ended after a few days of being marked complete, it could have just been auto accepted which happens after 3 days

You need to ask CS why was the order cancelled. Tell them clearly they didn’t ask for any revisions and so you want to know what happened.
That’s what I would do.
