If you not have good communication skill ,you can't deal with buyer properly. So we must have a minimum level of communication skill so that we can deal with our customer properly.

I do agree however we should give 1st priority to our mother language then to the other languages

From my POV as a buyer, I prioritize skills and reviews over how the seller communicates but please note that you need to at least be proficient in explaining your service and how to deal with clients. Try to check your grammar first before sending anything to the client. Hope this helps, cheers!
