A buyer does not have to accept an extension.

Sometimes jobs do go over schedule, but it is your job as a seller to offer a realistic time schedule from the beginning.

If the buyer does not accept the extension and you are more than 24 hours late with your delivery then the buyer can cancel and their money will be refunded.

However, do not be tempted to deliver an incomplete project as you can receive an account warning leading to suspension for that.
