Edited one of my gig's pictures (not my main one) and i haven't got any new messages in the last week

Hey everyone, changed one of my pics on this gig

Before that the gig was doing just fine, i was receiving orders, everything was ok. After editing the gig (removing the first picture, saving and then editing again to upload the other one) i haven’t received any orders or messages from byers except one returning buyer. I don’t know what to do because I’m afraid that if i edit again, I’ll make it worse.
