kurokuma Posted June 11, 2020 Posted June 11, 2020 My Dashboard won’t mark an order as complete, the customer has already confirmed the order and even sent a tip. My Delivery time has gone down from 98 percent to 97 percent as well…Also, a returning customer just placed an order but I can’t see it on my dashboard. I can’t only see it if I go through my messages. Is anyone else having these issues? I don’t know if it’s sitewide or just a bug on my account only, so I don’t know if I should contact CS. I’m just worried about it possibly bringing down my delivery time percentage even more…
