I am a new saler . I am working on digital marketing. My Gig is on the first page. But no buyer is ordering me to work… . How can I increase my gig sales.

Be patient. Being on the first page of a search or in a category is not the be all end all. You still need to make sure your profile shows you off in the best light, answer buyer requests and give the best customer service you can.
