Sorry if this is the wrong place but im trying to find someone who can take a photo shop type picture and turn it into something more detailed and customized. I dont know if im just losing my mind or what but I could not find a place for this question. Thank you

You can either do a search for a seller with the required skills on the main Fiverr site (recommended) or post a buyer request from your profile. From the top menu choose More > buyer requests
