Need Help regarding changing payoneer account

Hello there,

I hope you guys are doing well. I need some help regarding changing my Payoneer account in the earning withdraw section. I did some research regarding this issue and found out that I need to contact to the Seller help center. I did create a ticket but it’s been six days I haven’t receive any response except a response from an automated bot. In this case, what can I do? Is there any way to change the account without their support?
