My situation is that if I hold my money in Available for Withdrawal, they will silently take a couple dollars every single week. Be aware, this is ridiculous and happened to me 3 times this month.

Hey @zcbeats i got into same problem . in my case my order was a custom offer and it dont include any revisions or source code . my buyer completed order and give me 5 star review . but after 20 days buyer start depending me to give source code and publish its app on IOS that was never discussed or nor promise from my side . Plus i already give him extra work after completion of order too just because of good relation . but i can not offer my service for free to him as the fiverr policy state . Now i have created a ticket CS

It ensures that you will receive payment for the tasks you completed during the project. 

Milestones allow sellers to work in steps to ensure satisfaction. 

It is recommended to use Milestones when working on larger, more complex projects. 

You could have saved your time this way.

Hey @kreativzak , its not about Milestones . if there are not following their own rule then what the guarantee about Milestones or even eny other policy . My order got cancelled after 20 days . i already took my money out of that project . but its not about only that project . how can i trust fiverr if they are going against their policy     .

I can totally relate to it. Same thing happened with me recently.

It is so convenient for buyers to cancel orders and take refunds. And we sellers, on the other hand , have to suffer loss of time, effort and money. On top of that, the Order Completion Rate is heavily affected. This is a highly unprofessional side of Fiverr.

How can we resolve this?
