Why Fiverr Download Speed is Almost Zero

From yesterday, my fiverr download speed is almost zero. I’m using broadband. Even I used my modem for checking. But same result. I can’t download the file from fiverr order page.

But other websites and download system(dropbox, wetransfer) goes well.

So what can I do now? I need to download the files urgently. Because the time is going up.
