Incorrect Country Based On IP Address

Why can’t we manually update our country/location? I am NOT from Hong Kong… I suspect it’s my office’s internet provider, as there are times in other sites (e.g. Facebook) where my supposed “location” appears as Arizona, Australia, and others. I am actually from Manila, Philippines.

Hi there! I Have a similar problem here. My location is based on the country where I created my account (USA) but I actually live in Ecuador. Now my problem is that the ‘Customer Support’ link takes me to the main page of Support (the one with the B&W photo of the staff), which has a Customer Support link that takes me to the same page. Any help please?
