A buyer blocks the work I’ve done for them from being displayed on the sellers gig as demos. Can the buyer changevthiscand release the work to be seen or heard by potential customers.

No, when you provide a portfolio sample only the buyer can approve it, it is just your suggestion.

So after you send a delivery buyer can choose not to display his order.

Fiverr allows Buyers the freedom to decide if they want their projects added to public portfolios. Some Buyers are OK with displaying their work; while others not so much. Once, they’ve made their choice it cannot be changed. The only thing you can do is respect their privacy.
