2nd Fiverr order completed Zero Reviews

Hi all. I am a newbie seller and I just had my 2nd client. My question is how are the buyers able to mark an order as completed without leaving a review?

They just can. Leaving a review is not mandatory.

There is a stat in your analytics somewhere showing a % of the orders that were rated/reviewed. It’s between 60%-80% for most established sellers from what I’ve seen.

That really stinks. The whole point of a first order is to get a 5 star review in my opinion. Hopefully you’ll get one on you third try.
