I got my account restricted and cant withdraw money

I got my account restricted and now i cant withdraw my money.Its showing that a email has been to me in fiver page but there is no email in my inbox from fiver.Anyone know what to do?I have 124$ to be withdrawed.

What instructions did Fiverr send you when they informed you of your restricted account?

Generally, the Fiverr policy is that you have to wait 90 days before you can recover any funds from a restricted account.

Why did your account got restricted? Did you break Fiverr’s ToS? You can not withdraw funds until couple of months later. You will get an email from Fiverr when you are eligible to withdraw it.

hi there,

i got banned some months ago. i completed 90 days of restrictions and I got an email to withdraw my remaining funds.

but that link is not working and no one is helping me from the help centre they keep saying that I violated terms and conditions so I will have to wait 90 days but I already got the link email from Fiverr.
