There is no time-table for “receiving an order” after sending a response to a buyer request. If the buyer likes your offer, he/she will contact you – whenever they choose – and hire you. If you do not hear from the buyer, then they likely either chose to hire someone else, or chose not to hire anyone at all.

Sellers are not entitled to orders just because they send offers. You are competing against dozens – sometimes even hundreds – of other sellers. The best offer is likely to win the sale.
